Product Returns Policy

We hope you will be delighted with your products.

If you are not completely happy, we do accept returns according to the conditions below, provided the original product is received back to us within 30 days of purchase and has not been used or tampered with.

To process a return, please email [email protected] or call (02) 8311 22 55 and quote your order number.

If an item is defective or damaged in shipping, please call us within 5 days of delivery and we will issue a pre-paid return-shipping label and resolve this issue. A replacement or refund of purchase will be determined. In all other cases, buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of their choice.

To cancel an order, please contact (02) 8311 22 55 or send an email to [email protected] as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has been shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item back in its original packaging. Please note that it can take up to 7 business working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Please be certain of the services you are purchasing. Refunds cannot be offered for change of mind. Visit the Victoria Consumer Affairs website for details. Refunds cannot be offered if you are moving or your situation has changed.

Your treatment outcome is dependent upon many external factors outside our control. Given these external factors, we cannot guarantee individual results or the number of treatments required.

All treatment results are disclosed on this website and are confirmed in writing during your consultation.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service you have received, please bring it to the immediate attention of our General manager.

Clear Nail Laser Clinics – Cancellation Policy

You will receive a confirmation email 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment and a SMS 24 hour prior to your scheduled appointment. Please do not reply to the SMS. If you need to cancel your appointment please call your clinic below to cancel. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment time will incur a $50 cancellation fee or loss of 1 full-prepaid treatment.
